Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless) for Minecraft
This mod is a very simple addition to the game that will allow you to make your game run in borderless windowed instead of the default fullscreen available in Minecraft.
Advantages of borderless windowed versus default fullscreen
- You can just hit Escape and use your other monitors without minimizing the game
- You can alt+tab out of the game more smoothly
- You can have other windows on top of the Minecraft client when it's not active
Great! How do I use the mod ?
- Move the Minecraft window to the monitor you want to use for fullscreen.
- Then simply hit F11 (or the key you have keybound for fullscreen).
- That's it! You'll get a borderless windowed client!
Is this compatible with <Mod X>?
This mod uses Forge and should be compatible with all mods you're using! Just add it to your pack or mod folder and you're good to go.
I found a bug! HELP!
Please head over to the issue tracker if you found a bug in the mod so it gets fixed.
Can I use Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless) in my modpack?
You are free to include this mod in any modpack without my explicit permission. I would like to hear about it, just out of curiosity.
Does this support 1.12.2?
Hey is there any plan or development going on for the newest versions of minecraft?

This should work a treat with the joypad mod!
I had a ripple when playing in full screen, but this mod fixed the problem. Thank!
P.S. Add to 1.10.2 plz
Hey, You said you were interested in usages of your mod in modpacks. Here's a Modpack I created that uses your mod. It's a Farming-oriented Modpack without technic stuff.
I've compiled a version that fixes window resizing after exiting fullscreen! You can find a download and further explanation here.
Credit for the fix goes to comp500.
Hi! I'm getting issues with fullscreen windowed on 1.8.9 and 1.7.10 since 1803 installed onto my pc do you know of the bug and or any fixes I can try?

Nice mod
only downside to this mod is that it is not perfect.
whenever i click out of the game it freezes for a second, flashs black once and then is back to normal.
same happend when i click into it.
Why is this a mod? you can literally do this in game... what is the point?
You just add "-Dorg.lwjgl.opengl.Window.undecorated=true" to the JVM arguments.

Going to use this in my modpack I'm making, Epic mod btw!
Hey I have a problem, obs is on my second monitor so I can see my recording progress but when I put it to fullscreen both monitors start blinking. If i put obs to my first monitor it doesn't blink. I dont know if this is the mod problem or something is just wrong. please help!
My only issue when using the 1.11.2 version is that when i go into fullscreen mode, my other monitor freaks out and the window(s) on the other monitor changes or minimizes comepletely. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Nice, I am waiting for 1.12 version
