HelpFixer
About
Some modded commands incorrectly implement a certain piece of code. This piece of code is used for sorting the list of commands alphabetically in the /help command. This incorrect code actually causes the /help command to break with an error that is vague and confusing.
HelpFixer changes the /help command to go around the offending code and sort the commands by a method that will work. HelpFixer also logs offending commands to the server log, allowing you to figure out who was causing the problem.
HelpFixer is a server-side only mod! This means HelpFixer should be installed wherever the "server" is. In SSP that is your client, but in SMP that is on the actual server.
If I am using this mod in a modpack, is that a problem packing the mod in the client, but the when they choose to play on a server, it would be on both: client and server?
Is this still needed in 1.12?

wish this would update to 1.10.2 as my /help does not work and i try it with 1.9 help fixer but it did not fix it. :(
this worked for me thank you very much sir
ps. if anyone else has the issue, im running
FTB infinity evolved 2.22
Cannot thank you enough for this. Instantly a must-have utility for all my servers.
Would love to be able to have it sorted alphabetically by mod group. i.e.
Applied Energistics
- commands in alphabetical order
BuildCraft
- commands in alphabetical order
etc. etc.
Thanks! Now I can keep all my favorite mods without their derpyness affecting my commands!
An idea that comes to mind is sorting the commands based on mods. IF it were to work on ssp perhaps it could read configs for commands and apply them to the /help command in ssp.
Hello! Here is my crash report the NEW version...

You downloaded the -deobf version. You need the main jar.
Yes, it will log the commands that are gumming things up.
Cool, I'm glad someone's stepped up to fix the situation. Does this tell which mods are responsible for making /help fail without this installed?
